Description Rehab Director Des Moines, WA JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Rehab Director for our SNF. We provide quality care in a warm and friendly environment. Streamlined therapy procedures & systems, as well as state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure a consistency for ease of care and documentation.
