Description Location: Castro Valley, CA Duration: 9/15/22 through 12/31/22 Reason for coverage: Medical leave Schedule: o Monday: 7am – 11am o Tuesday: 7am – 7 pm o Wednesday: 7am – 7 pm o Thursday: 7am – 7 pm Call: n/a Patient volume: 2-4 patients per hour Scope: Walk-ins and same day appointments, outpatient urgent care procedures EMR: Epic Affiliated hospital: 130 beds, level II trauma Group/support: Full subspecialty support Credentialing: 2 weeks Requirements (boards, license): Epic EMR experience, Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), Board certified (may consider truly board eligible), and California license at time of application * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
