Description Location: Lebanon and/or Newport Duration: December – August 2023 (most pressing is the last week of December) Reason for coverage: Perm opening Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month Shift: Clinic Monday – Friday, 8a-5p Call: 1:3 increasing to 1:4 when locums starts (5-7 days at a time, option for weekends, will reduce clinic if a patient present to the hospital) Patient volume: 30 births per month – Lebanon / 20 births per month Newport >clinic is slower in Newport Scope: “Ideally” full scope EMR: Epic Hospital: Critical access hospital (Eugene is transfer center) Group/support: 2 OBGYNs in Lebanon and 1 OBGYN, 1 NP, 1 CNM in Newport 24/7 CRNA on call Requirements (boards, license): OBGYN BC or BE, Oregon license, COVID * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
