Description Location: Van Wert, OH (30 miles from Fort Wayne, IN) Dates: Mid-January and ongoing until permanent is hired (option for locums to permanent) expected to be 60-90 day assignment or more Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8a-4:30p (option for part time if desired) Scope: General dentistry – crowns, fills, extractions, etc Volume: 10-12 patients/day Support: 2 Dental Assistants, 2 Hygienists EMR: Dentrix Required: Active OH license, Clean Background * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
