Description Seeking full time/Part time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Orange California Multidisciplinary sports rehabilitation and alternative care out-patient facility in Orange County is seeking a motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant that possesses a desire to use, practice and improve their skills to join our team. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Required Responsibilities: • Instruct, motivate, safeguard, and assist patients as they practice exercises or functional activities. • Observe patients during treatments to compile and evaluate data on their responses and progress and provide results to physical therapist in person or through progress notes. • Administer active or passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, or heat, light, sound, or electrical modality treatments, such as ultrasound. • Measure patients' range-of-joint motion, body parts, or vital signs to determine effects of treatments or for patient evaluations. • Prepare medical reports and progress notes. Our facility is known for our friendly, outgoing, and professional staff which begins with the front office. You will have the opportunity to work with different health professionals such as medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, psychologists, and massage therapists.
