Description Speech Language Pathologist needed in a hospital setting in Kingwood, TX. This SLP will work a minimum of 36 hours per (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) 370+ bed acute-care hospital has been serving the Northeast Houston community for over 25 years. More than 450 physicians and 1,500 healthcare professionals work at this hospital to help improve the care and quality of life for patients and their families. This facility is also home to a Brain and Spine Center, Cardiovascular Center, Women and Children’s Center, a NICU, a pediatric emergency department, and an Inpatient Rehabilitation Center. Southern Texas, otherwise known as the Coastal Plains region, is home to three major metropolitan areas: Austin, Houston, and Dallas. The landscape varies from the Gulf Coast’s shallow bays and sandy beaches to the Blackland Prairie and Piney Woods region. Most of the tourism here centers around the major coastal cities, but there is also opportunity to seek solitude and enjoy the wildlife in the region’s quieter locations! A Texas SLP license and CPR/BLS card will be required.
