Description Location: Seymour, Indiana Duration: August 1 – Ongoing Reason for coverage: Two providers relocated, shortage Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month 7a-3p Call: (optional) Weeknight 3p – 7a, and weekend call -24hr call coverage (1:7 – 1:9) Patient volume: approx. 9-11 cases per day Scope: bread and butter (no heart, head, vascular) – mainly OB, Ortho, Regional Blocks, healthy Peds, GS, ENT EMR: Meditech – Anesthesia runs out of Plexus. Hospital: rural health system 97 beds – no trauma level Group/support: Neurosurgeon on site that does spine Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Board Eligible with Indiana license Rates: Competitive Market Rates * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
