    • Clinic Closes at 5p to connect with the On-Call Urology 



  • Clinical Details  

    • 20+ patients per day

    • Consults

    • Patient rounding

    • Procedures as needed



  • Requirements  

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible

    • Active Indiana state license

    • Fellowship 



  • Call  

    • Beeper: 30-minute response time

    • Phone Consults: 10-20



  • EMR 

    • Cerner



  • 2 Providers Needed
