Description
- Coverage Needed:
- June 30th (6A) - July 5th (6A)
- Clinical Information:
- EMR:eCW for outpatient and Meditech for inpatient
- Daily patient volume 11
- 3-7 deliveries per day
- Support Facility nursing unit staffing
- Required:
- BC or BE
- Active VA license
- DEA/CSR
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
