Description • Location: Multiple locations in South/Central Chicago, IL • Duration: ASAP-Ongoing (3–6-month locum contract w/ option to extend) • Schedule: 3-4 days per week – option for hybrid telemedicine/on-site or 100% onsite • Shift: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) – flexibility to make your schedule • Setting: Hybrid Telemedicine & Outpatient Psychiatry.
