  • Coverage Needed   

    • ASAP - Ongoing



  • Schedule  

    • 4 days per week

    • 8a-5p



  • Clinical Details  

    • 15 patients per shift

    • 9 Beds

    • Adult patients

    • Outpatient and only provides consultation, if needed, to employed Hospitalist



  • Requirements 

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible

    • Active Indiana state license and DEA

    • Will accept IMLC

    • Fellowship

    • ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS 



  • Call  

    • 2nd/call backup

    • 15-minute response time 



  • Support Staff 

    • RN

    • 2 APP

    • MA



  • EMR 

    • Cerner
