- Coverage Needed:
- September 22 @ 7:00 am - September 25 @ 7:00 am
- October 27 @ 7:00 am - October 30 @ 7:00 am
- November 22 @ 7:00 am - November 27 @ 7:00 am
- December 22 @ 7:00 am - December 27 @ 7:00 am
- Clinical Information:
- 7a-7a, 4-10 days per month
- Support - Techs, first assists, nurses and physician assistant.
- Inpatient
- EMR - eClinical Works
- Stroke Interventions
- This is coverage for PTO, CME, supporting call.
- Required:
- Board Certified
- Must be trained in Endovascular Neurosurgery
- Active South Carolina state license
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
