Clinical Details

• Peds and Adolescents
  
• Hospitalist will cover the inpatient w/o PICU pediatric ward labor and delivery emergency department
  
• Nursery level I and NICU II A B.
  
• There are 17 nursery beds and 13 NICU beds
  
• Scope of Practice: Adolescents Peds Neonates admit evaluate diagnose treat or consult on newborns and children through adolescence
  

Requirements

• Board Certified
  
• Active SC Licence
  
• PALS
  
• NRP
  
• Skills Required: incision/drainage of superficial abscesses lumbar puncture ventilation management non-invasive BPAP/CPAP invasive ETT/NT xray interpretation infectious illness of the blood skin lungs and kidneys respiratory illnesses pneumonia croup common pediatric illnesses influenza dehydration recovery from injuries or surgeries attend c-section/ high-risk deliveries
