Schedule

• 24 hr call as needed
  
• Full time, outpatient clinic with weeknight call and some weekend call
  

Clinical Details

• 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient
  
• 25 office/clinic patients per day
  
• 3 hospital based surgeries per day
  
• 3 urologists in practice
  
• Onsite lab and xray
  
• Full urology procedure equipment in office for cystos, biopsies, urodynamics
  
• 18-22 patients per day
  
• Trauma Level II
  

Requirements

• Board certified
  
• Active PA license
  
• BLS, ACLS
  
• Local
  
• Covid vaccine
  
• Interested in locum to perm as well
  

Call

• 1:4 or 1:5
  

Support Staff

• 2 locations with adequate LPN's and MA's as well as NP's to support
  

EMR

• Epic
