Requirements

• Board Certified
  
• Active WA License or IMLC
  
• ACLS, ATLS
  
• DEA
  
• Must be able to work with Peds
  

Support Staff

• 6 NP/PAs
  
• 2 Physicians on site during the day
  
• 1 Physician on site during the night
