Description
- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - Ongoing
- 24hr Call coverage
- 1 week a month
- Clinical Information:
- 45-50 patients per day
- EMR: Medaxion/Meditech
- Will cover general cases until cardiac cases come in
- Possible cases: General, Monitored Care, Neuraxial, Peripheral nerve block
- Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Must be willing to take call as well as cover general cases if no CV cases are scheduled
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
