• Average number of patients per day: 12-16 Adult population only
  
• Outpatient Primary Care
  

Requirements

• Board Certified
  
• Active PA License
  
• BLS, ACLS
  
• COVID Vaccination
  
• Local Candidates- HIGHLY preferred; but will reimburse for the right candidate
  
• Full time- HIGHLY preferred but will accept someone with a minimum of 3 shifts per week (Monday-Friday)
  

Call

• Nights/weekend call rotation 1:4; beeper call only

• Epic
