Schedule

• Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic and OR
  
• Mon-Fri 5p-8a - Pager call
  
• Weekend call 8a-8a
  
  
  
  • Physician will work 3 days in clinic, and 2 days in the OR each week + call
    
    
    
    • Will consider candidates who can offer 1-2 weeks/month or full-time coverage.
      
    
    
    
  
  
  

Clinical Details

• Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
  

Requirements

• Active IL License
  
• Active DEA
  
• Board Certified, Board Eligible (Within the 12 months of residency)
  
• ACLS, BLS
  
• 1 Year minimum experience
  
• Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.
