Location: Florence, SC

Duration: ASAP for 3 months (possible option to extend)

Schedule: Mon – Thurs: 7:30 am – 4:00pm; Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm

Call: Minimal secondary call – Primary care providers field all calls 1st and then contact specialist if necessary

Patient volume: 18-20 Patients per day Mon-Thurs & Fri is 9-10 patients per day

Scope: Medication management and joint injection

EMR: e clinical works

Facility: outpatient FQHC clinic

Group/support: Nurse practitioner on site – Will need to write prescriptions for NP. Will need to do weekly chart reviews. We have 13 other specialties within the healthcare system for physician to utilize

Required: Board certified required, SC medical license and DEA required.

Travel/Lodging/Malpractice Insurance - PAID
