Clinical Details

• 20 shifts/month
  
• Typical Day: Provider will see 8-12 patients a day, review EMUs and collaborate with Neurological support team
  
• Teaching facility with 16 Neurology Residents
  
• Level 1 trauma center
  
• 5 bed EMU
  

Requirements

• Ideally able to read cEEGs
  
• Required to readLTEEGs, staff the EMU and support the functional neurosurgery program(e.g. brain mapping) and meet residency training requirement
  
• Experience or willingness to learn the indications and management of VNS, RNS and DBS for epilepsy would be ideal
  
• Experience with perioperative stero-electroencephalogram(SEEG) analysis is ideal
  
• Active IL License
  
• Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
  
• Required Certifications: ABCN, Fellowship trained        
  
• Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 0-1
  

Support Staff

• 3 APPs and neurological support team are in place to support for epilepsy surgery evaluations
