  • Rounding Patients
  • Trauma Level 3

Requirements


  • Board Certified Or Board Eligible
  • Active WI License for IMLC
  • BLS
  • Facilityrequires that provider must utilize "real time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS

Call


  • Beeper
  • Response time 15 Min
  • Call Ratio 1:2 or 1:3

Support Staff


  • 1 MA
  • 3 Office Staff
  • Supervision of APP

EMR


  • Cerner
