Clinical Details

• No Rounding
  
• No Admissions
  
• On-treatment visits, CT simulations, and inpatient consultations if necessary.
  
• Will work with other physicians
  
• Referring medical oncologists will sometimes need a patient to be seen as an inpatient consultant
  
• Provider will not work with APPs
  
• Reporting Instructions: Report to Dept Rad Onc on scheduled states each morning at 8:30
  

Requirements

• Active IL License
  
• Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible within the last 12 months of completing residency
  
• DEA
  
• BLS, ACLS
  
• CSR
  
• Minimum 1 Year
  

Call

• No Call, Holidays or Weekends
