Description Job Details: • Location: 15 min. outside Seattle, WA • Duration: November-January w/ option to extend • Schedule: 4x10's • Shift: Mon-Fri (8a-6p) – 4 days per week • Scope: Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Center • Setting: Clinic: 2days/week and Community Outreach van at public sites (community centers, parks): 2 days/week. • Population: Mental Health, Addiction Medicine, Substance Abuse patients (80% tribal 20% general population) • Volume: 5-8 patients per day (1 hour appointments, built in admin. Time) • EMR: RPMS • Group: 1 Psych NP, 1 FNP, RNs, MAs • Require: WA License strongly preferred, National Certification, WA License, DEA, Psychiatric/Mental Health, Substance Abuse experience as NP • Credentialing: 30 days – temps. • Orientation: 2 days EMR training, shadowing with providers Benefits: • 1099 Independent Contractor • A+ Malpractice Coverage • Full T&L provided • Competitive pay!
