actively recruiting for a Hospitalist Physician to join our team!
- Well established Hospitalist program since 2006, currently includes 18 physician & 1 ARNP team
- Care team support that includes 5 dedicated hospitalist RNs for care coordination and rounding efficiency + 1 CDE nurse
- Provider request driven schedule - flexible and accommodating
- Shifts available: Day shift rounding and swing shift; Night admitting and swing shift
- 15 Shifts per month = Full-Time status
- Excellent multi-specialty support
- Open ICU with intensivist availability to consult
Responsibilities
- Admitting/Rounding on medical/surgical patients 18-years of age and older (adult), & non-maternity
- Shifts available: Day shift rounding and swing shift; Night admitting and swing shift
- 15 Shifts per month = Full-Time status
- Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays - shared equally amongst group
- Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; Must be board certified within year of employment
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of State
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
