Outpatient Primary Care | Locum | Southwest OregonDetails:
• Location: OR
• Duration: October-March with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Shifts: Flexible (3-5 days per week or 2-4 weeks per month)
• Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
• Scope: Primary Care Health and Wellness
• Volume: 12-15 patients per day
• EMR: Intergy/Greenway
• Support: 1:1 MA and RN:Physician
• Require: Board Certified, willing to license!
• Credentialing: 30 days licensed or 90 days if we need to license
