Description The locum tenens Nocturnist position in a suburb south of Sacramento… -Start date: October 2017 -Duration: On-going (potential to permanent hire) -Shifts: 7p-7a (Non-ICU and admitting shift and/or ICU coverage and admitting shift) -Schedule: periodic coverage; 2-5-day blocks (flexible) -Call: N/A -Weekends: N/A -Patient mix: 100% Adult -Scope: Adult inpatient medicine- ER Admissions; ICU coverage; respond to all rapid responses and codes; managing the patients -Hospital: 190 Bed Acute Care, Non-profit hospital; 11 bed ICU -Group: 2 hospitalists- one covering med/surg; one doing admissions/manage ICU and PTU; intensivist on-call -EMR: Cerner -ICU coverage shift procedures: Intubations; insertion of central lines -Requirements: BC; CA license Skills If you (or someone you know) is interested in a diversified career opportunity, and a way to supplement income feel free to reach out.
