Description New Job Details – Location: Coastal OR Duration: Full-time Schedule: Initial commitment 6 months, full time Shift: 4,10-hour Call: 15 days of call per month - Total remote coverage You do not come back into the facility. Only on call for established patients (0-1/day) Non-established patients go to ED Call required: Yes, around 15 call days a month. Not required to come to the hospital for call, more of triaging a patient via phone. Patient volume: Average daily patients: 10-12, no more than 2 new patients a day. > 30-minute appointments, 2 new patient visits > 1-hour appointments Scope: Hematology / Oncology EMR: Cerner Hospital: Level IV critical access hospital Group/support: Physician Provider has a dedicated Nurse and Medical Assistant Other Onsite Team: 2 Pharmacists, Social Worker, Register Dietitian, Infusion Nurses Onsite Services: Lab, PET/CT weekly, Radiation Therapy, Infusion, Pharmacy MA & nurse. NO APP (They are recruiting a perm APP). They run 2 MD’s and 1 APP, Only 1 perm MD at the moment and not using APP locums. 10 infusion chairs. Requirements (boards, license): Must be Board Certified, Board Certifications: Medical Oncology and Hematology Oregon license and DEA, active ACLS Active Licenses: WA, OR and DEA, Board Certified, ACLS Skills 2+ years * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
