General Cardiologist - Western South Dakota

Opportunity Overview

Join a physician-led cardiovascular practice delivering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care. This role is ideal for a General Cardiologist seeking strong clinical support, excellent work–life balance, and high procedural volume in a growing regional program.

Clinical Practice

• Inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations


• Echo (TTE/TEE), nuclear stress testing, and stress echo interpretation


• Advanced imaging (CT, MRI, PET/CT, vascular duplex) welcome but not required


• Strong hospitalist and intensivist support


• Dedicated read days


• Max clinic volume: 16 patients/day

Call & Schedule

• Shared call: 1:6, home call only


• In-house nocturnal APP support


• Inpatient rotation: 1:6 weeks (no clinic during inpatient weeks)


• Two-physician day-call model with robust APP coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• $613,000 guaranteed base salary (2 years)
