Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Radiology in Wooster, OH
Are you a skilled Radiologist looking for flexible, high-impact work opportunities? We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician to provide expert radiology coverage in Wooster, Ohio. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, supporting urgent and emergency radiology needs, including stroke and perfusion studies. Required Skills:
- Valid Medical License with Board Certification in Radiology
- Proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, and NM
- Experience reading all CT scans, excluding CT Cardiac
- Ability to efficiently handle high-volume ED reads and perform subspecialty case mix as specified
- Competence in stroke and perfusion imaging interpretation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience with MERGE platform is preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous locum or remote radiology experience
- Additional subspecialty certifications
- Familiarity with hospital IT systems and PACS
- Ability to assist with complex neuro and MSK cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Board Certification in Radiology
- Minimum of 3 years of radiology practice, including high-volume ER reads
- Proven experience in emergency and subspecialty radiology
Other Requirements:
- Current state medical licensure or eligibility
- Must be able to cover stroke and perfusion imaging
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Willingness to work flexible shifts starting from February 13, 2026
