Job details:
- Board Certified/Eligible OBGYN
- Active Massachusetts License or in Process
- Join a large multi-site healthcare system Southeast of Boston
- Candidate must have leadership experience
- This position has both clinical and leadership responsibilities
- Managing a department that is leading the area
- Call is on average one 24 hour shift per month and 2 days in house L&D, and 3 days of backup calls
- Nocturnist Laborists on-site during the weeknights
- Base salary for 2 years then wRVU with production and quality based compensation
