10% trauma
Average 10–15 hospital-based patients per day

Practice Environment
1 physician onsite at a given time
3 physicians total in the group
2 APPs in the group
On-site:
Lab
X-ray

Clinical Responsibilities
Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
Participation in code stroke response team
EMR: Epic Carepath

Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: ~60 days, pending license and background

Requirements
Board Certified (NCCPA) – required
Ohio license – highly preferred; will consider providers needing to obtain license
ACLS – required
Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) – required at presentation
ENLS – highly preferred
