What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience ensuring confident and competent bedside care
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
- Epic EMR experience for efficient documentation and patient management
- Ability to float to various units within OSU and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Bonus Skills:
- Additional certifications or specialties related to critical or acute care
- Experience working in a travel or temporary staffing environment
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures at OSU or similar institutions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- At least 2 years of proven PCU experience in a fast-paced hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to float as needed within the organization
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Travel and housing reimbursements may apply; other incentives included
