Description
An Intensivist team in Western Illinois has recently transitioned to a hospital-employed group to offer the best possible package to physicians.
Opportunity Details - 400-bed, Level II Trauma Center with 16-bed ICU
- Intensivists work eight-hour days (7 on/7 off), nights, and are managed by Hospitalists and NPs
- 12-14 Average Daily Census
- $475,000K+ as annual base compensation
- $40K Quality Bonus
- $50,000 Signing Bonus, $150K Student Loan assistance
- 3 weeks PTO = 162 Shifts, Extra Shifts $3300 per
- Central Lines, Arterial Lines, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Vent Management, Chest Tube Insertions, Tracheostomy, Bronchoscopy
