Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner in Ohio

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with hematologic and oncologic disorders
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Administer chemotherapy and other specialized treatments
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio (or willing to get)
Certification in Hematology and Oncology preferred
Prior experience in a hematology/oncology setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
