Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology in Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to neonatal patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients in collaboration with the healthcare team
Perform physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on neonatal care and preventative measures
Participate in rounds, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada (or willing to get)
Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
Prior experience in neonatal care preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
