Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum of 3 years of Urology practice experience
- Proficiency in general urology procedures, including ureteroscopies
- Active PA license or IMLC License of Qualification in hand
- DEA certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Familiarity with hospital-based urology practices
- Ability to perform advanced urologic procedures
- Previous experience in a multi-provider practice setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of post-residency Urology experience
- Prior hospital and clinic coverage experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to provide coverage during scheduled times, including short-term hospital rounds and consults
- Department staffed with experienced team members, including medical assistants, LPN, and practice management
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care in a modern, renovated facility
- Travel expenses, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements covered when applicable
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $443.43, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
