Join Our Team as a Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Practice!

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to a diverse patient population, managing chronic conditions, acute issues, and preventive health needs. Your expertise will support smooth patient flow, ensuring timely chart closures within 72 hours and maintaining a minimum of 18 patients per day. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans and promote overall wellness.
Required Skills:
- Valid and active DEA license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar panel management setting
- Proficiency in managing both pediatric and adult patients
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Ability to efficiently close charts within 72 hours
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Chronic Pain Management
- Multilingual abilities
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in pain management or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Prior experience in a fast-paced outpatient family practice environment
Other Requirements:
- Must have completed or be willing to complete required immunizations prior to credentialing (including flu shot, TB test/X-ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster titers or series, Tdap within the last 10 years)
- Credentialing process takes approximately 45-60 days
- Travel or additional certifications may be reimbursed as applicable
- Position start date: May 20, 2026
- Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (competitive benefits package offered)
