Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts | Monday–Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (with expectation to work up to 40 hours/week)
Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hrs and Weekly OT after 40 hrs (requires prior approval by director)

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment at a physician-based orthopedic clinic in Germantown, TN. This backfill opportunity is ideal for therapists with strong clinical and time management skills. New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient orthopedic setting Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients/day, with double-booked follow-up appointments Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits/week Work collaboratively with providers and clinic staff to deliver patient-centered care Complete documentation promptly and accurately Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Open to new graduates and first-time travelers Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills Why This Role?
