Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Aberdeen, MD, on a 13-week locum tenens assignment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality orthopedic and vestibular care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditions
Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with an average caseload of 12–14 patients per day
Provide follow-up care, including double-booked visits for maximum efficiency
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland (or willing to obtain)
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
Must commit to full duration of assignment
Strong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills
Additional Details:

No weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage required
No floating to other clinics
Overtime (OT) must be pre-approved by the clinic director
OT rates apply after 24 daily or 40 weekly hours (based on multiplier)
