DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies in an outpatient-focused oncology practice
- Collaborate with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services
- Provide inpatient collaboration as needed
- Deliver full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology care with continuity
- Participate in a multidisciplinary care team including telehealth-supported services
