- License/Certs: NC State license, CRNA Board Certification, ACLS & PALS
- Experience: 1-2 years, no new graduates
- Schedule: Must be flexible, no consecutive days, ability to float
- Willing to License: No, license must be active in North Carolina
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $218.40
- Overtime: 1.5x rate, paid after scheduled hours (OT hours are not guaranteed)
- Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia services in a 20-operating room hospital setting, covering general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma cases
- Collaborate with medical teams and facilitate anesthesia for diverse patient populations
- Monitor patients using Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring equipment
- Float between locations, supporting various anesthesia services as needed
- Ensure patient safety and anesthesia quality compliance
- Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols
What You Need:
Required:
- North Carolina RN license with CRNA certification
- 1-2 years of anesthesia experience
- ACLS & PALS certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedule and float between departments
Preferred:
- Experience with cardiovascular and neuro anesthesia
- Ability to adapt to different equipment and patient needs
