General Dentist | Four-Day Workweek | Eastern Washington
If you enjoy broad-scope dentistry but want more predictability than a traditional production-driven practice, this Eastern Washington opportunity offers a four-day week, no call, and a $160,000–$200,000 base with meaningful incentive upside. Choose between an established, busy clinic in the Columbia Basin or a newer integrated practice in the Tri-Cities area, both backed by a stable team and a mission centered on access to care.
Position Details· Four-day schedule, generally 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. · No call, regular weekends, or holiday clinic coverage. · Approximately 16–26 completed patient visits per clinical day. · Patient mix is approximately 60% adults and 40% children. · Broad procedures include restorative care, extractions, endodontics, and dentures. · Collaborative dental and interdisciplinary teams support coordinated patient care. · Established-site option includes 20 operatories and Dentrix. · Additional clinical pathways may include pediatrics, orthodontics, or implants after approved training and credentialing.
Compensation & Benefits· Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually. · Productivity: $30 per encounter above 3,200 annual encounters; current providers have historically averaged approximately $45,000–$60,000 in annual incentive earnings on top of base. · Recruitment support: $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance. · Student loans: $500 per month in employer support, plus potential eligibility for state or national loan-repayment programs. · Time away and CME: 24 PTO days, nine paid holidays, 40 CME hours, and a $2,500 CME allowance. · Professional coverage: Malpractice insurance and support for license, dues, and subscriptions. · Health and protection: Medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability coverage, FSA, and EAP. · Retirement: 100% match up to 4% with day-one vesting, plus a possible discretionary 4% non-elective contribution.
Qualifications· DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program. · Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain it before practice. · DEA registration. · Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain it in the required timeframe. · Required AIDS education, or ability to complete it in the required timeframe. · Sound clinical judgment and ability to practice to ADA standards. · Clear written and verbal communication with patients and care teams. · Spanish is helpful but is not listed as a required qualification.
