Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Proficiency in ICU procedures and patient care
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSSEMR certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers
- Familiarity with CTS and Neuro patient care
- TNCC certification
- Experience with Altera Sunrise (formerly Allscripts) EMR system
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Prior ICU experience in specialized environments such as Neuro or Trauma units
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving clinical situations
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Must be willing to float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed
- Participation in rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call schedules (with flexibility for cancellations and schedule adjustments)
- Nicotine-free facility environment
- Must complete comprehensive orientation including days 1-5 prior to begin date
- Availability to start on or around April 27, 2026, or May 11, 2026
