What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting, utilizing the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
