Required Skills:
- Valid Kansas Registered Nursing License (Active)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year recent MS RN experience in acute care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in medical floors or step-down units
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and protocols
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Prior experience in medical-surgical or step-down units
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in acute care settings
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts
- Availability for weekend and holiday coverage as needed
- Willingness to float across medical floors and step-down units
- Compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
