MS/Tele Registered Nurse - Palliative & Med Surg - Columbus, OH

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience; EPIC experience required
- Floating Requirements: Within units of comparable or lower acuity
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay rate: $59.18/hour
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
- Provide symptom management for patients with serious illnesses, including pain, nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient quality of life
- Float within various high-acuity medical units, including palliative and medical-surgical units
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Advocate for patient comfort and coordinate care plans with healthcare providers
- Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment
What You Need:
Required:
- Active valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
- BLS certification
- EPIC electronic medical record experience
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Certification or training in palliative care

This role is based within a busy, cutting-edge medical center in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to offering exceptional patient care for complex cases. You'll provide vital symptom relief and support to patients in palliative and medical-surgical units, working within a team committed to excellence and compassionate care. The shift is nights, with schedule flexibility every four weeks, depending on department needs.
