ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, OH

Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide ICU care across various units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
- Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity within units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Manage ventilator support, telemetry, and IV starts
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system effectively
- Adhere to protocols for patient safety and quality care
- Support patient recovery and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to practice in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Proficiency with ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
