What You’ll Do:
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily functioning
- Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team members
- Record and report patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet each patient's specific needs
- Document therapy sessions accurately and comply with legal standards
What You Need:
- Current valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
