Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment with our client in New York, commencing Oct 12, 2026. This role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting sick and well visits, and performing physicals and vaccinations, with an emphasis on chronic disease management and some women's health services, working 8am-5pm shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties - Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
- Conduct sick and well visits.
- Perform physicals and administer vaccinations.
- Provide women's health services, including pap smears.
