What You’ll Do
- Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for emergency department patients
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management
- Document patient care activities accurately using Meditech charting system
- Adhere to all healthcare standards, including those set by regulatory agencies and professional organizations
- Ensure patient privacy and rights are maintained throughout care delivery
What You Need
- Valid RN license for Michigan or applicable state license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and medical procedures
